Cecil Balmond has been selected to contribute a visionary new public artwork as part of a transformational redesign of the former Common Center Plaza and Perseverance Park site in Syracuse, New York.

Working in collaboration with New York City-based landscape architecture firm !melk as well as Tillotson Design Associates and C&S Companies, Balmond will work closely with the local community to create a unique new urban space.
